The whole world is scared of Corona. A vaccine! Or if a tablet matches! Only then will millions of lives be saved. It will be a lot easier. Scientists are working day and night for that purpose. At such a time, the antiviral drug Remdesivir is showing the light of hope for corona treatment. These drugs are helping to prevent the spread of the novel coronavirus in the human body. This was stated on Wednesday by Anthony Fawcett, head of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases. International physicians have responded to the announcement by standing in the White House.

Anthony Fawcett also has a reputation as an epidemiologist in the United States. In the eighties, Fawcett’s activities led to the discovery of antiviral drugs for HIV. That Fawcett claims that in the United States, remediation is acting as a shield on the body of Covid-19 Positive. The antiviral drug has been administered to more than two million people in the United States, according to Fawcett. Observations showed that patients who were given Remdesivir took 30 percent less time to recover than those on placebo. The drug has previously been applied to Covid-19 patients in China and South Korea, with similar benefits. The research paper on Chinese people has already been published in the journal The Lancet. Prominent virologist Dr. Amitabh Nandi says, “Clinical trials have their own complications. I don’t know how much it should be said that a drug works in such a short time for a disease like Covid-19. Large-scale multi-centric randomized clinical trials are needed before any drug can be marketed. Which has to do with people of different colors from different continents. That research will be completely unbiased and reconstructive. The whole thing is quite time consuming. ”

What are the common aspects of clinical trials of a new drug? Sanmoy Karmakar, a professor of pharmacology at Jadavpur University, said the new drug needed pre-clinical and clinical trials. In pre-clinical trials, the drug is administered to the animal in accordance with the protocol. When that work is completed, it is the turn of the clinical trial. The Drug Control Board has rules for that too. Clinical trials are in the human body. In this case, the scientists designed a specific study before the trial. A group is then told, you are being given this medicine. The other group was not given any information about the drugs. They started taking the new medicine just like any other medicine. New drugs from the CDC or FDA are given a green signal after reviewing whether the drug is causing any poisoning or side effects.

There is no room for haste in clinical trials. Even if there are gaps in the research, it will not work. Because, if that is the case, ordinary people will have to pay compensation. Experts say there is no cure for diseases like covid without vaccination. It takes 15 to 18 months to make a vaccine for any disease. The clinical trial of Covid-19 has begun. Similarly, a three-phase trial is needed for new drugs. Otherwise, it is difficult to know who will have problems in the future. Although Remdesivir has a USP. The drug proved life-saving in the case of the Ebola epidemic in Africa. Those who recovered from the dose of Remdesivir had no side effects. This is the direction of hope. Sanmayababu’s question, however, prevents the reproduction of the Sars-Cove-Two by Remdesivir. But whether this drug will reduce the mortality of Covid-19 positives remains to be seen.
